Zac88
Searched but could not find. Was wondering if anyone has made their own Heatshield? Have a COBB SF intake but dont want to spend another $150 on their heatshield, thanks!

spartan
I made my own for my Perrin short ram intake. I made the template out of cardboard, they transfered it to plexiglass. After I was done I covered the visible parts in carbon vinyl. http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/338/20100626image0008.jpg

Dirtrace95
I think there should be a new thread for DIY or Built in yourself stuff.
PoisonousBeef
Not sure if anyone has done a write-up on a heatshield, but there's a whole section for DIY performance stuff. http://legacygt.com/forums/forumdisplay.php/walkthroughs-performance-modifications-37.html
underground000
Saw someone did something like spartan but used sheet metal instead. Same, used cardboard for template and traced it to sheet metal. Used a piece of wood as a straight edge and a hammer to make bends. Then used self tapping screws to hold it all together 5eat downshift rev match:) Powder coated wheels: completed:)
