brum
Well this is for the cheapskates that don't want to drop the $130 on the UR or classics from RallyArmor. The universal flaps run $15 and I bought 4 stickers to spice them up a bit. http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o264/rustycoupe/2010-12-21_22-30-00_939.jpg Use this guide as a complement to the RallyArmor installation instructions I kinda threw this together tonight in a couple hours. Some of the measurements are weird. It would be smart to slot the holes like the actual ones are as my rears are a little tilted. http://www.rallyarmor.com/store/legacy_instructions/legacy_ur_mounting_instructions.pdf There's the install instructions for the precut and drilled RA flaps. I used similar mounting hardware from my local hardware store. I used: (8) 1/4x20x1" hex headed bolts (2) 1/4x20x1.5" hex headed bolts (10) Polygon edge clips (check the site) (2) inside dia. of 1/4; half inch long nylon spacers. (10) 1/4" washers Then I reused two pop-its from the inner fender liner but I would suggest some longer ones as I had a hard time getting them to stay. Here are the crappy templates I threw together with measurements. I'll redraw them if someone can't read my crappy handwriting or wants a prettier version. The Circles are for drilling holes. I also cut down the fronts as a lot of the material is worthless. http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o264/rustycoupe/2010-12-22_00-54-20_710.jpg http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o264/rustycoupe/2010-12-22_00-54-07_843.jpg

SlickSpur
Looks pretty nice to me, I'll have to give this a go once the weather warms up.
Brock Samson
Did you ever re-do this template? I've been looking for a good mudflap template.
brum
Nope ill probably mess with it this fall before winter. The rears could probably be fixed by just adding an 1/8 of an inch or so onto the 6 1/4 measurement
T_Altland27
Way better then spending $130 on them cost me $15 for all four $11 in shipping and $20 for hardware took about an hour or so installing and they look just like the $130 ones
DonnyJagaru
I spent $20 for no-name brand at the local auto parts store. I used snap-in fasteners from there as well which worked with the factory holes. Don't mount them too low otherwise they'll get ripped off when you back over a curb or small rise.
