Baddog
So it was mid 20's here and she went to open her door and this is the outcome. I haven't gone to go look at it. http://i830.photobucket.com/albums/zz223/Baddog909/cid_154.jpg What needs to be done?

kaz98gt
Balls. Um...to be honest, I'm not sure how the forester mounts the handles to the door. I know some cars have a hidden eyelent for a screw/ratchet to get in, and some are molded into the door frame itself. Hell, I don't know how to service the handles on mine haha. I would try to start with the door panel; pop that out and see if you can access the handle mounting mechanism from the inside.

subikid90
Door handles suck. My GFs camry has a broken handle and I have been trying to not replace it even though I have all of the parts. It requires a lot of gymnastics of the hands lol -Subikid90 1997 Legacy GT 5spd & EJ251 w/EJ25D heads ~10.5CR 1998 Legacy GT Limited waiting for EJ22T hybrid swap

mikeislord
Her hottness is definitely going to have a major impact on what you need to do to get this fixed. Very Hot - Several long days and nights toiling away at the intricate parts of a door handle. Her assistance may be needed to keep you warm and entertained. Average Looking - Super Glue Ugly - Absolutely nothing. Tell her to buy a new car.
