jerseyglock
Any members have their tires filled with nitrogen?? If so, how's your vehicle handling before and after?

Guest *Jedimaster*
Mine are filled with helium. The car just sort of floats down the road. I highly recommend it.
boostsr20
The only benefit you'll really notice is on a road course where tire temps change the air pressure. Nitrogen helps stop some of the flucuation.
Legacy05GT
Mine are filled with helium. That sure will suprise the cops next time they try to shoot out your tires during a high-speed pursuit. boom!
sduford
That sure will suprise the cops next time they try to shoot out your tires during a high-speed pursuit. boom! Uh? Helium is an inert gas, not flammable. Air already contains 78% Nitrogen. So for Nitrogen to make any difference at all (if any), it has to be pure and contain no moisture, so you have to use rims with two valve stems and actually displace the air with the nitrogen. Basically another old-wive's tale. Sylvain www.digitalfotographer.com - Audi Q5 Club - MB-GLK Club

carcand
I am a scientist for harvard and most of you should know it really makes absolutely no diference in the ride and or handling althogh helium may have a slight "uplifting" effect.
