dvran
Every 30K for the transmission oil changes. I do mine at 40K because I mainly have highway miles. I changed my plugs out myself at 60K miles. NGK Iriduim.
Strizzy
I changed my plugs at 30k miles. Pretty easy to do with a short socket extension and swivel attachment. Took about a good hour taking my time. Removing the air pump on the drivers' side makes things a bit easier. I'm pretty sure Subaru updated the service interval for the plugs for 08+. This applied to all LGTs.
