tehsbean
I still miss mine after 3 1/2 years. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v386/Bean/FrenchMeadowpic.jpg (Ignore the crappy cheap wheels.) The worst part is, it was mint when I sold it. No rust, low miles (118k on a '95.) It would've made a great project had I known just how easy it was to swap parts from Subaru to Subaru. Unfortunately, since I sold it, the car has seen nothing but neglect and abuse. I see it from time to time and it's in pretty sad shape now. SubieQ
My first Subaru was a 1987 GL sedan and i LOVED that car. I bought it off my grandma for $300. Had about 80,000 miles and was in MINT condition. I drove that thing everywhere and never once had to do any work on it except general maintenance. Sadly some kid lost control of his Ford Van and slammed into my Subie (that was parked in my driveway) going 50 miles an hour and demolished it (right after i had put a full tank of gas in it nonetheless) in my front yard. I felt like crying i was so upset. The insurance company gave me $1700 for it since it was in such good shape but to this day i still miss that car. Even my friends say "wish you still drove that old car of yours"

one bad bg
even though it was being hauled to the scrapyard, i still disconnected the driveshaft when they told me the only flat bed they had available has a car already on it. http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c144/kelesez/SDC10299.jpg?t=1278726081 http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c144/kelesez/SDC10300.jpg?t=1278726081 in

one bad bg
or start getting keys from junk subies the same gen and see if they work. i dont know how it is for subaru but i do know that if you line up 200 srt4's, chances are that one of those keys will start 2 of those cars. for every 200 srt4's they cycled the tumblers on the assembly line. 98LGTLover
Yeah I might think about doing that. Except the lock smith would have to drive like 20 miles from town to get to the car! I didn't loose the key on purpose. I lost in when my house burned down a couple years ago. Things have been so busy since then so I haven't really had time to do anything with the wrecked Subaru.
