some ideas of motor and tranny mounts

You can't lose with the STi or Group N trans maybe coupled with those AVO shims but I don't really see the point of upgrading the motor mounts at this time unless they are shot. Honestly, if you want a stock 5MT mount I have one sitting here.

Going with Group N engine mounts, transmission mount, shims and pitch-stop during the 97K mile clutch replacement. Have used these in the past, on a number of my Subarus, and been very pleased with them overall. Tighten things up with only a light to moderate change in NVH.
