Effect of 2010 LGT header vs "regular" header/UP on turbo

I have a feeling that is one of those setups you won't hear much about. It'll never get done/ Once it does something will break and then it'll be another year before it's running again. There's a reason you don't see many Turbo H6's, they're $$$$$$$ to do right. Even the ones that are done right don't usually last too long. Look at the Perrin Tribeca, that didn't last too long.

Still curious to see a final product and some dyno sheets.

It's in the fabrication forum, and it's an Ausi build most likely influenced by Tino's car, so doubtful it's going to be plastered all over the forums, just like you say. Found it by accident.

I've had this bug in my mind again, now that I'm starting to get my mojo back :)

I've come up with a more elegant design since, excited about it.

The standard of design is simple:

1) Twinscroll T4.

2) 2.5" radius 1.75" OD pipe.

3) Equal length.

4) Not having to cut anything.

5) No meaningful change to road clearance (my car already has only 5.5")

That's all for now.

Progress. Symmetrical on X and Y, which is certainly more elegant, but TBD whether it offers the best fit for the specific EJ25 oil pan constraint.
