mightyS
I've had mine for a year and they are fine.
shralp
Hate to say it, but it will get worse over time. Yup, Perrins are known to do this. You'll notice the spherical bearing that is pressed into each end is not protected from the elements and over time, depending on the conditions you're driving in, it will cause them to wear away enough material that they'll start to clunk. Been there done that as have others on the forum, it sucks... Look for some thing that is basically a beefed up design of the stock ones, (which have rubber protective boots), i.e. the Rallitek end links. lil_z_33
had mine for over a year, been through a winter as well...no issues and I got 19's so I hit potholes and imperfections pretty hard when I do...
m sprank
Mine did it so bad the ECU saw it as a knock event. If you remove them and thoroughly clean them it gets a little better. I also replaced the hardware. This is a known side effect of using spherical bearings or heim joints.
Billy Dagwood
my perrin links killed themselves. Eventually I couldn't take the clunking any more and switched out for Whitelines. Now, after about 10-15k miles *they're* at it. Recently went in on the MSI group buy -- they are WAY beefier, a different design, and, best of all, LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! hooray. Hopefully they will last.
m sprank
Mr. Dagwood and I are both proud new owners of some MSI endinks.

sleeper8406
What is the link for the MSI endlinks I have Perrins front and back....only on a year and they are clunking
m sprank
Sorry, MSI endlinks were made specifically for a Group Buy. They are an item that was discontinued, but returned for a GB by popular demand. I was lucky enough to be #1 on the GB. There is no other endlink made like them. They are beefier, billet, use poly bushings and have a lifetime warranty on parts and materials. Even the bushings are covered for life, and MSI has been around for a while.
sleeper8406
Damn....I wish i would have known about that Maybe Ill just go with rallitek then
shralp
Don't think you'll be too bummed going with the Rallitek's. The design is solid and they do what they're supposed to. Not as blingy as the MSI's but hey, they're endlinks right??

I'm getting real sick of it, the littlest bump and they sound like hell. I guess a pair of ralliteks are in my future.
