kholmes Posted March 30, 2010 Share Posted March 30, 2010 Mods for the 2.0 L WRX are: -Resonator box delete -255lph Walbro fuel pump -565cc STI pink fuel injectors -Nvidia(?) up-pipe -IHI VF34 turbo -Cobb 3" downpipe -Cobb 3" cat-back exhaust -Cobb Accessport VF34 map (93 octane) -Cobb APv2 On the Legacy I have: -AVO TMIC -Cobb XLE bpv -KStech StockMAF intake with AEM dry flow filter -Perrin UP -Perrin 3" single Cat DP -Invidia 3" q300 CBE -Cobb APv2 -Stock VF40 I'm considering putting in the DW 850cc injectors and Walbro 255 this week and running E85 for the tune. kholmes Posted March 31, 2010 Share Posted March 31, 2010 Figured if I'm going e85 that'll be my big power map. The 91 is just in case I go on a long trip and can't get e85. I'm trying to weigh the pros / cons of paying for the extra e85 tuning now if I'm putting in a bigger turbo within the next 2 months (requiring another tune) I may just want to wait. Kinda in a difficult situation because I've got the supporting parts ready, just no turbo in hand (and eta is "soon"). To keep things simple here I'll just stick with a stage2 93 tune on stock injectors. If THE SHOP does a good job I'll be back with the 18g and injectors for a corn guzzling beasty tune in the coming months. Sorry for the confusion. Pretty psyched for all of this i am going to put in my Retrofitted lights tomorrow and then doing my major parts install on saturday. My cams/timing belt just came in Friday, and I'm still waiting on my valve springs/retainers. Gotta go see Fred @ Capitaland tomorrow to get a new OEM water pump.
