bluesuby
I remember visiting a lobster shop in Boston and the Japanese tourists were always fascinated by this gnarly old lobster which had to weigh 10 pounds. With lobster the bigger the badder; they get tough like shoe leather. I also found that reasonably sized shrimp are much better than the jumbos.
