evan938
hey guys, I just picked up an 09 SE. so far, love it. i do quite a bit of cycling, and told myself when i dumped my beater car, i'd put a nice bike rack on a new car. forgive me if i sound stupid, but these clips that hold the rack on, such as the yakima clips, do these scratch the paint where it grabs on at all? i searched for a while for a clean body, and i would hate to have even small scratches right off the bat. thanks
joeblow
The clips hook into the window frame, not the body itself. You may end up with some swirling under the foot pads, but if you throw down some clear bra type material you can avoid that. It's cool; I'm with the band

joeblow
I'm not sure on the Thule set-ups, but the Yakima base for a Legacy calls for 48" cross bars and a 44" fairing. It's cool; I'm with the band
DeltaNu1142
Yup. The Thule bars... wait, now I'm doubting myself... The recommended bars are 53". I went with 47" bars, which fit well with very, very little overhang. The fairing is 44". I edited my post above. Sorry for the wrong info. DeltaNu1142
Haha... are those Superleggeras... and were they actually stolen?!? I got mine wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sports for a song off of NASIOC. Solid seller, though, no doubts about their origin. I wouldn't have gone gold as a first choice, but if nothing else I've removed any doubt that I'm driving a Subie. Tits mcgee

TrueWhiteBoy
Anyone have any experience with surfboards, specifically long boards? I'm looking for a setup where I could do that for the summer and snowboards for the winter. Incredible pictures. I like the Aperture Science one
