rouar
Weather hit 50 degrees today, so I slunk out for one last paddle.
magnusonsubie
Put the bike racks back on today preparing for going home next week. Probably going to take one of the trays off to put the ski racks on for coming back to school with my skis in January. 2005 Vader Wagon Material Tests on Ringland Failure Piston I should have held off and purchased a wagon instead of the spec.B
-Lenny-
Want to put a Thule set up on my 2006 Legacy GT Sedan. Looking at the Aeroblades, but the shop is recommending 53" load bars. That seems rather wide no? My wife will kill me if she smacks her head on those things lol! Thanks!
rouar
The Aeroblades on mine pictured above are 53". They do go beyond the roofline, but not obnoxiously. I've never smacked my head getting in/out.
-Lenny-
The other option being Whispbars, which I think are about 38" (and $500 more, total package) Edited December 12, 2015 by -Lenny-
FlipNap
Running whipsbars. In the spring, I used foam blocks for the kayak and also had a Thule Criterium. I just threw on a Thule snowboard carrier for the winter.

magnusonsubie
Loving my INNO box on my 2005 LGT wagon. Currently my pix of the LGT wagon are being featured in the JDM INNO catalog. : ) Quoting this because it just looks so good! I really wish boxes weren't so expensive! 2005 Vader Wagon Material Tests on Ringland Failure Piston I should have held off and purchased a wagon instead of the spec.B
asegal17
Just put this on. Thule aero bars with some bike racks. I'll be switching out for a ski rack as soon as winter decides to show up http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/16/01/11/81173d5cad46dd5789d4a2b0611ef71a.jpg

PDREALTOR
Awesome thread and some great looking cars! Just got Thule aero black bars for my 2017 3.6 legacy. Looking at a box, so far I'm thinking the force is a nice compromise between sleek looks and functionality.

PDREALTOR
Nice racks ^^ I almost went with the Whispar but then I found the Inno low profile rack. It fits my car and is lower than the Whispar so I ordered it. The Thule racks are ridiculously high. It's going back.

PDREALTOR
Just got the Inno low profile racks put on and swapped out the Inno 624 for the Inoo 680. Huge improvement. I was so happy with it I forgot to take pics. Will post them soon.
PDREALTOR
Here's my final setup. So glad I went through the hassle of hunting down the low profile Inno stuff. The box is the 660 Wedge (original box pictured above was the 624) and the rack system is the xs200. 80% of the sleekness was obtained by switching from the the Thule racks to the Inno xs200 racks. The other 20% was swapping over to an Inno low pro. box. Wind noise is non existent. Gas mileage is yet to be determined but I'm expecting minimal loss. magnusonsubie
Looks really good PDREALTOR. Ive always liked the inno wedge 660 but it's interior dimensions don't fit my long fat powder skis 2005 Vader Wagon Material Tests on Ringland Failure Piston I should have held off and purchased a wagon instead of the spec.B
PDREALTOR
Looks really good PDREALTOR. Ive always liked the inno wedge 660 but it's interior dimensions don't fit my long fat powder skis What parts don't fit? It's a long box. I was thinking one of the side benefits of this box over the 624 was anything would fit in the 660 length wise.
