black318i
It will fit, but for $20 more you can get a new one off ebay and it will have gaskets.
GT_Red
Ever thought about just getting a custom done at an exhaust shop? Its welded shut from the cat all the way back. Little more expensive but no fitment issues. I went that route after a CNT that wouldn't clear the drive shaft bracket, even with the heat shield off. Custom was fitted to the car, so no issues and sounds just as good.

I run one - it'll fit, but tips may not line up perfectly. $280 for it used is a bit on the high side, $250 at most, considering they weren't expensive new. Also, it's non-resonated so keep that in mind as well.

Thanks for the input everyone!
06COleggie
Non-resonated just means it'll be louder right?
CDN 2.5i
Do you have a wagon or a sedan? Here's a thread that talks about non-resonated exhausts: http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/adding-muffler-cbe-quiet-down-opinions-experience-needed-116598.html?
