rtbrjason
Do you have excel installed? If not the file might not be viewable. The logger should only spit out csv files.
1astrokeit
I don't have excel, do I need it? Can't I just record the data and send it to infamous? I am working with vista
rtbrjason
You should just be able to send him the csv files yes. It's handy to have excel to view the logs yourself though. You can try openoffice too, it's free.
1astrokeit
Ok ill try it thanks. But when I record the data as I'm doing the pull. N when I stop it it should open up as a spreadsheet without doing nething to it?
snow05gtRI
no it shouldnt open up automatically. you have to go to where the file is saved and open it with a spreadsheet program, such as excel or openoffice. openoffice is free and you can download it online.
