E-Tank
I bought my car with a cigarette burn in the headliner. It drives me crazy. I hate it. I have a friend that owns a local audio/tint shop. He said that he could hook me up with a suede headliner and suede door inserts for $300-$400 parts and labor. My car is ABP and I have spec b floor mats with blue piping. I was thinking a nice blue suede would really tie the interior and exterior of the car together. What do you think? Would it be nice? Would it be worth it? Good price? RJS5689
I do too. Look at certain high end Euro vehicles. The use Alcantara headliners and they're awesome. My friend's S8 has it.
Gire
If you want to do it, go for it. I think that would be cool. I'd go with a lighter colour personally so the cabin doesn't feel too claustrophobic.
Hops
Let me know how that goes. I love the look of Alcantara headliner. I just purchased blue Spec B seats and I want to get the floormats and door cards to go with it... Headliner sounds cool, too. Buy my cars! Ssej
Definitely do it. I hate the headliner in my car...seriously, who goes with white/tan headliner when the dash, seats, floor and everything else in the car is black. Blah!

DrCloud
E-tank -- the first thing to do is to ask your friend what he means by "suede." Real suede is leather; alcantara, which everyone seems to be endorsing for a headliner (as do I) is polyester -- fake suede. Some people like leather interiors, but I think a real suede headliner is probably not a good idea. HPH
Hops
Real suede is a pain in the ass to keep clean! Alcantara rocks. Buy my cars!
Mark34
Subscribed for end pics. I was wondering this myself. That price doesn't sound too bad if thats including all the materials.
