bgLGT
Hey guys, can anybody tell me the length of the OEM bumpstops if they have some laying around? I found some 2" progressive stops from Ground Control that I would like to use for my upcoming Koni swap to regain some bump travel. Just wondering if these are short enough, won't have access to my car until early December. Thanks
Underdog
http://legacygt.com/forums/showpost.php?p=2194938&postcount=171 According to ifbiker's measurements it is a hair over 2-1/4". I would take that extra quarter of an inch of travel, especially if you are going with an aggressive spring like the Swifts. Heck, I would use them with any spring. bgLGT
Sweet! Thanks Underdog. I'm planning on Rallitek's this may be a great find. I just wish I could get on this project sooner. At least my Leggie is safe in the land of pork and legalized dating and I don't have to worry about her modesty stolen by white LandCruisers. bgLGT
FWIW Koni 70.34.54.000.0 is a 40mm long progressive soft bumpstop for 16-20mm piston rod fitments
bgLGT
Just got off the phone with Koni NA, our yellows have 22mm piston shafts, so the 40mm Koni stops are out. Ground Control it is...I'll take an extra .27" of bump travel any day.
