93 octane down to 91??

I have a stage 2 LGT 5MT that I had e-tuned for 93 octane when I was living in Pittsburgh. I recently moved across the country to Los Angeles, and needless to say there doesnt seem to be any 93 out here. Should I have my car re-tuned for the 91 octane out here? The car seems like it was a little smoother and more responsive on 93, but I could be imagining it. Also the altitude in Pittsburgh is between 700 and 1000 feet, whereas in LA it is pretty much sea level. Is this enough of an altitude drop to warrant any retuning? Any answers would be greatly appreciated!

As if the gasoline couldn't be 93 octane and have the same emissions...

It's amazing how it's "decided" that certain areas simply don't deserve octane. That's separate from the required additives/blends also done for nonsensical reasons.
