Going to have to check my old engineering notes to verify that. If it's true then maybe a hairdryer might work after all :lol:

 

I know it's true because I just installed a 40,000 CFM fan with a 5HP motor attached to it. Granted it's only rated for 40,000 with no static pressure

Well a 1.2 liter motor spinning at 6000 rpm translates to 7200 l/m or 254 cfm does it not? So at a pressure ratio of 1.5 that means 381 cfm right? Still need to figure how that translates into hp.

 

Someone who actually knows what they are talking about, feel free to step in....

I emailed Groupa to find out a bit more about their SC solution. Dude told me that they would be dynoing this week and posting vids, results to their site this weekend. He said that boost was around 1.5psi and that it would beat a stock WRX. ;)
