red beast Posted March 20, 2005 Share Posted March 20, 2005 in n.j. we have a keep right pass left law which is almost never enforced. usually it's either old people or out of staters (new yorkers) who can't read the signs posted on the highways. my other hate is when people rush to turn off a side street, get in front of you, and then drive slowly. they could have waited until i flew past.
