crazyjay1089
I think is looks pretty good. The front end is nice and aggressive -- reminds me of the c-xf. I'm not too sure about that rear end though.. edit: forgot to post the jalopnik link -- http://jalopnik.com/5310282/2010-jaguar-xj-now-with-more-xf/gallery/
05GT Guru
I like it, the rear end needs to be more aggressive.
RJS5689
Tata is doing great things with Jag. The new XF is a beautiful machine. I'm seeing quite a few Supercharged variants on the road.
camber
Seriously... What was the inspiration for the rear end? Rosie O'donnell?
IwannaSportSedan
For a full sized car, it looks very slick. Slicker than the S-class. http://cache-foo.jalopnik.com/gawker/assets/images/12/2009/07/504x_2010-Jaguar-XJ-1.jpghttp://cache-foo.jalopnik.com/gawker/assets/images/12/2009/07/504x_2010-Jaguar-XJ-2.jpghttp://cache-foo.jalopnik.com/gawker/assets/images/12/2009/07/504x_2010-Jaguar-XJ-3.jpg But they always do one thing that messes it up. With the XF, they made the headlights weird. The XJ got the good headlights, but what is with the weird C-pillar black-out? Why would they not keep the C-pillar painted body color, and black out the center of the roof panel, to make THAT look seamless... Face-lift the XF-R to use these new XJ headlights, especially blacked out, and that would be fantastic. And it MUST be this color of Kyanite Blue, an -R specific color. http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/05/xfrjag2010002.jpg
crazyjay1089
Yea, the C-pillar treatment is odd. Still it has a great profile, and a nice front end. The rear looks better from different angles, and hopefully will look even better in person. I don't really like the interior though. The XF is sleek and classy, which I feel makes it a Jag. This one is kind of.. silly. That strip of wood that goes all the way around the front? I thought it was stupid on new Buicks, and its still stupid on this car. The blue ambient lighting.. very $20,000 Ford IMO.
