When did you do this a week ago or is this on the first test drive ?

If your sure everything is tight, do that bed in process.

I do that every few months or weeks as needed.

I have buddy's with other type vehicles that have the same issue. So it's not just a Subaru thing.

Where do you feel shaking? In the steering wheel, in the brake pedal or in both?

Normally when wheels are off balance you'll get vibration even when you are not braking.

I had the same problem and it turned out to be deposits on rotors, after replacing pads and bedding them in the problem went away. From time to time I get it again but doing couple of hard brakes removes deposits again and the car brakes smoothly.
