XLeezardx Posted May 28, 2009 Author Share Posted May 28, 2009 For the fish: Corn meal, garlic salt powder, lemmon pepper power, cayenne pepper. Soak fish in milk for an hour to remove any gamey fishy taste. Then just toss it in a bag and shake it up, fry for 2 minutes or until they float. Fish cooks fast. Shrimp: Flour, Garlic salt, Onion powder and lots of Cayenne pepper powder. Mix all that up with a can of your favorite beer until its kinda thick. Grab each shrimp by the tail and dip in the mix, then place in 350F peanut oil. Cooking time 3 minutes. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
