scoobydoobie Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 I had a VA legal 50% front and 35% rear on my last car. Put 35% all around on the LGT. Can post comparison pics if you'd like. Keep in mind if you have a dark interior, the tint will appear darker. At times, under lots of sun, I wish I had gone with the 30% all around. Thus far though no problems with the 35 all around. But you know what they say about opinions... +1 35% all the way around, I sometimes wish mine was darker, but it is a good balance. I think for the whole cop issue I'm going to go with the 35 all around. This way it's not staggered and if I get busted by the cops I can always tell them thats how the car was made lol. I was stopped for speeding (90 in a 65), and the statie stuck it to me. I tried the "this is how I bought it" defense, and he didn't even slow down his writing the ticket. Here's the pics. They are under different light, with a tan interior on the SF and black on the LGT, so it won't be the best for comparison, but you can sort of get the idea.
