speddmn
Planning to install these on the under-side of my mirrors, possibly tonight. http://www.superbrightleds.com/store/html/images/led_wired.jpg Question for y'all is, is there a lead near the fuse panel i can tap off of for these two that provides the power for the dome light when you unlock the car? Bimmer
Tag. I want to do something like this, too.
08Flo Rida
I like this idea, subscribed. Make sure to take some pics. As far as power, don't you think you could just splice into the wires that connect to the dome light?

SpecBee
http://www.superbrightleds.com/products/caraccent/ALM-x6.jpg I don't think a single LED even if it is superbright will provide much lighting. Something like this may be better suited for a puddle light unless you're just looking for accent lighting.

Zephrant
Anyone get this working yet? I have some LEDs on order. I was going to do two or three small LEDs, in 1/4" holes in the bottom of the mirrors. I want them to turn on when the remote unlocks the doors, but have not yet done the research to find a wire for them. I figure a relay with a timer delay on it, tied in to the unlock output from the alarm should work though.
