Prime Power Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 Anyone know any. I don't want a full plate there, but I don't like the empty holes either. Any good suggestions?
lamw001 Posted March 11, 2008 Posted March 11, 2008 I am not sure if this is what you mean, but try: http://www.bumperplugs.com/BPindex.html
Prime Power Posted March 11, 2008 Author Posted March 11, 2008 Yeah I looked at those, not exactly what I am looking for. I saw the perrin front plate delete, but have nothing perrin on my car so that would be dumb. I may have to go with those if I don't find anything else.
Speedracerx Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 Check with a local bodyshop to see what they would charge to fill and repaint. Cost is higher, but it would look nicer.
DiscoWagon Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 You can buy an STI plate at the dealership but its the same size a regular plate.
mdacko Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 saw this front plate on another lgt owners car, but i have no idea where to get it: http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b284/YellowMSP/cars/_MG_0601web.jpg
hutru01 Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 ^ That looks tight. You guys must not live in VA where u have to have plates on the front and back?
Prime Power Posted March 17, 2008 Author Posted March 17, 2008 That would be nice if I had an STI. Not a fan of getting stickers or plates for something I don't have. Maybe an SPT one.
hutru01 Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 ^ What if you have STI engine caps?? Just kidding.....
BigT Posted March 17, 2008 Posted March 17, 2008 You could get the perrin one and paint if flat black so it would be hard to read, or paint it the color of your car. That Sti one looks home made/custom made
Guest thelosmos Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 You could get the perrin one and paint if flat black so it would be hard to read, or paint it the color of your car. That Sti one looks home made/custom made I know this thread is old, but just in case anyone is interested I found the above plate. http://www.brandsport.com/sub-soa342l133.html
