potenza stock tires - when to change

when should i replace my stock tires? website states 40k mile warranty.

also, do you feel you have less grip in situations where you usd to have more? Is wet weather and snow perfromance getting worse? are there any cracks or bubbles in the tire? Do you see any odd wear patterns? If you can answer yes to any of these questions, then its prolly a good idea to get new tires.
