bigb3630123
Even if the thing is slowly burning through my seat to my flesh I don't have the seat warmer on long enough to do any damage anyways. It's on till I feel a little warmth then i shut it off because by that time my car is kickin some hot air at me anyways. Not worth my time getting it looked at IMO
Hefyforme
It takes mine about 10 min to get hot and then seems intermittent. Is this normal?
ehsnils
It takes mine about 10 min to get hot and then seems intermittent. Is this normal? It seems to be relatively normal, and the intermittent effect may be that there is a thermostat that kicks in to keep it from overheating. It is likely that the precision of the thermostat is varying a great deal which may explain that some persons gets toasted while others not. The thermostat was on earlier models (think the pre-Leone 1800 model) in the backrest and not the seat and could be felt as a "button" there.
