amg996
Being that the Spec B lacks a front differential, what is the process of putting one in like an Sti? Does it just slide in or are there modifications that need to be made? Also, are the center and rear diffs the same as the Sti's? Any info would be greatly appreciated! whitetiger
the spec b has a front diff, just not a limited slip front diff. to put one in you will need to pull the trans out and open it. cusco makes upgraded diffs for the 5spd trans i think. Also the center diff in the sti is also different than the spec b. Both the front and center diffs are located in the transmission.

fweasel
I wish we had a front LSD...... It would be nice for the track. Autocross or road course? I haven't really felt hampered yet on my local road course with the open front diff. ignore him, he'll go away.

vadgm07
yep, front rears don't loose traction a much as rears. LSD in rear and active/high bias center diff make better sense
rao
Autocross or road course? I haven't really felt hampered yet on my local road course with the open front diff. That's because you don't know how to drive. A front limited slip would be great because it would increase understeer Rob IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR YOU SHOULD NEVER DRIVE IT
