panamajack
I took the pop outs for the intake out , but they are hard to put back in. How do you put these damn things back in?
D-2.5-GT
i found it useful to slightly push in while i was turning them around....it seemed like when they found a spot they liked, it would just go right in.
sde
i hold them by squeezing in between the base and the part that pops up. then when putting them in, push on the base while keeping pressure to keep the pop-up part seperated from the base. then after it is in, a little push and twist with my thumb sets them. Deer Killer
http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showpost.php?p=69263&postcount=16 Only on one part of the car have they been hard to put back, the engine cover, because the lower bracket is misaligned. Some quality time between it an some pliers makes it right. That's build quality for you.
rao
1. Take the inside part all of the way out 2. Put the outside portion in the hole 3. Insert the inside part (the part that looks like a screw head) The problem is that if you leave the inside part in the diameter is too big to fit easily through the hole.
