mikefoy6
Ok, so more like switch number 2. What is the middle position used for on the 3 button panel by your left knee? Position one is for de-frost, position 3 is for stability control. I pulled out the middle buttion to put in a sub-woofer on/off switch, and there are two terminals behind it. A ground and one that read +12V. What is this in there for? I looked at all the other leggys on the lot at the dealership, and all of them had the same "blank" in the middle position. Ideas??? mikefoy6
So do you have that option or something? Is it only on the wagons?
Bdubs
JDM only. Not offered as an option in the US.
mikefoy6
Ok, it just seems strange that Subaru would take the time to wire in the contacts just to not use them. Maybe it is cheeper than usuing two different wiring harnesses.
Underdog
I recently posted a thread about using the two blanks (no Stab. Control on '06) for something else useful. Would be cool if you could wire up the Tein EDFC to the rotary switch that goes with the adjustable headlights in JDMland. Maybe super-pursuit mode? Trigger some scanning red LEDs and the knight rider theme song? The Crimson Dynamo
