evilla84
Hello, I'm a new member and I'm finally going to upgrade my headlights to HIDs. Sorry if this has been addressed before in past postings, but I haven't been able to find the exact solution to my problem. I'm running DRLs on my Legacy 06 and I want to disable them so that it doesn't shorten the life of the HIDs when I put them in. Some postings mention pulling a plug under the hood. Some mention that it's better to disconnect the white plug behind the glove box or below the steering wheel. I'm not really well versed with these things so I would appreciate if someone could direct me to which plug is best to pull and where I can locate it. Any pictures you may have would be most helpful as well. Thanks in advance.
LGT Dave
The DRL module with the plug you need to disconnect is under the steering column. See here: http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2117.

edekba
Very easy to do. I did it in under 10min. Hardest part was doing it at noon, and pulling the white bracket. Broke out in a sweat. That's all
