I've seen those other pics of them painted and I just don't really like the look. The vents looked really good in there when I was trying to get them to fit, so I would like a set.

 

I have some carbon fiber vinyl sticker material I may try next.

I've been playing pm tag with Rommel about something else and mentioned to him about the reflector replacement and linked him this thread. He said he was at a dealer the other day and looked at the reflectors. He said he is planning on ordering a set of the reflectors and look into it.

I think you are completely missing the point of this thread. Everyone that wants a set of the vents/ reflector replacements already does have an 08. We are looking to replace the reflectors in the rear bumper with something like the vents that are in the JDM/Austrialian cars.

I did this week. He said he had a set of the stock reflectors on order and should be seeing them next week. So not sure when he is going to make a prototype.

I was thinking of just removing the reflectors and installing some lights in there so when some doucher behind me has their brights on I can flash them
