02BlkRex Posted August 10, 2007 Share Posted August 10, 2007 as soon as i depress the cluth, either on or off the gas, the car will dive. not true coming off the clutch though. and i am not slamming my foot on it either. are you sure you aren't hitting the brake somehow 'cuz that's just weird... I also find it much harder to pull off a smooth shift from 1st to 2nd almost every time do-able but far more sensitive, especially at high rpm, between those two then any other shift i make- up or down obedience to church and state is subjugation to the unjust authority of men Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
stewartg Posted August 10, 2007 Share Posted August 10, 2007 Yeah, I can try to reduce it as much as possible so the passengers don't feel it as much, but it is impossible to eliminate completely. No one has ever complained, I only get compliments on my driving, but I can feel it and I can see why first head bob every time I do a first to second shift and a 2nd to third shift.
