mcsquish
I have a question on the extended warranty concerning mods. I did a search for an answer, but no luck. I'm about to hit 36k and was thinking about installing a DP and UP but I am wondering what that will do to my extended warranty. I don't really want to have to uninstall them when I go to a dealer for work, so I thought I would ask before I bought them.
ur a bus
Do you have a Subaru extended warranty or an aftermarket? -- Steve

qikslvr
Hmm... I specifically asked my Subaru Service Manager if mods will void the warranty and if I should just sell it back. He said that unless they can prove that any given mod or combo has caused the failure directly; they will cover it at least once. He even suggested going cattless since our state doesn't have emissions requirements or checks. I was going to sell my 100,000 mile warranty back, but after talking with him I have decided to keep it for now. Anyone know how much cash you get back at 36,000 miles? Let's kick this pig! mcsquish
It is a Subie warranty. Since I'm only going to stage 2, I figure I'll just swap back if I need to. Thanks for everyone's posts.
