Person not understanding English at all (Bonus points if person not doesn't understand Spanish either) This one would be easy at my local Wal*Mart. It is in a growing Russian "ghetto". You are luck to be able to understand the English of the cashiers either..... Glad I don't go there much. Friday evening about 4:00, NB I-5 from Florin to the interchange. I was stuck behind a 2007 "King of Kars" hogging the left lane (the only lane without trucks) at 62 mph. I guess SpecB rearview mirrors aren't as awesome as the rest of the car.... -- Steve

A debadged black GT (?) sedan with exhaust on Sunrise at Gold Express on Saturday evening. Kinda caught me off guard, so I didn't get a very good look. It had 05-06 style wheels.

Going home. I live near Sunrise/the river. Had some errands to do, and Kilgore-->Folsom-->wind through the neighborhood-->Coloma is a standard route home to miss Sunrise for me. -- Steve

Grey 08-09 sedan at Kilgore and Trade Center a little before 5:00 tonight. May have had aftermarket wheels, I just caught a glimpse as it went through the intersection. -- Steve
