Effin Ponderous
I recently installed the X02 catback, replacing a pair of magnaflow mufflers on the stock system. I find it to be a bit loud for my taste, but have heard a rumour that on certain releases of this unit, the y had a rersonator in the mid pipe. Rather than butchering the mid and putting in an after market resonator, I was wondering if anyone has one and might be looking to get rid of it (local trades are welcome also.) Effin Ponderous
I may go back to running the stocker and just leave the X02 cans if they bolt up the the stock pipes. Anyone know for sure?
HansGT
How loud is too loud? Can you compare it to any other systems on the market, like Perrin? Waxi...the mid/y would be nice with your Prodrive cans.
Effin Ponderous
Based on the clips Ive heard, somewhat near the Perrin...def louader than the Borla. When i had just magnaflows on my stock pipes, it sounded like the borla.
Effin Ponderous
Mid and y available for sale (almost new) if anyone can confirm the x02 cans will bolt up to the stock mid/y.
Infamous1
I sold a pair of Xo2 mufflers to a member on here and he confirmed fitment. The piping is exactly the same as stock only larger.
