Another XO2 review WAGON!!!

Well for 370 shipped I can't complain at all. The only real issue durring installation was figuring out which way to install the resonator section as it originally seemed like it would not fit any way. When we final came to a decision as far as placement I snipped the middle of the heat shield where the DP meet the cat back. With a few nicely placed whacks with a hammer the piece fit nicely. Right now the Y pipe is touching the heat shield around the gas tank(barely any pressure) but is not making any noise so I have yet to deal with the problem as the can actually line up fairly well. Both cans are little further in but equally and the chrome on the can looks pretty good I think. I resonates a little bit in the cabin, but with the back seats up and the pull cover in use it is pretty civil. I know that there are sound clips up so I will not go into detail as far as sound. Personally I am still trying to figure out if I like the boxer sound, equal length header might come into play.

Wagon Guys and Gals

I feel that these tips stick out perfectly they are somewhat tucked in just like stock.

The bottom line is that for 370 shipped you should not even think twice.

nice to see other wagon owners getting this - I like the tucked in look too! I swear your tips are in the exact same place mine were after I first installed it (I later bent them closer to the center of the cutouts). I don't even remember thinking about which way the first pipe went in - but mine is a non-resonator version, so there's a lot more clearance to the heat shields along that section.

Well in the beginning mine was a little loud, but after a break-in period they quieted down pretty nicely. Definitely a meaner sound, I have been getting looks from STi's and GTO's now wondering about what I have...

I'm interested in anyone putting any sound deadening material around the rear of either a wagon or sedan. Anyone try it?

Plus 1 it think after a week mine is also starting to get a little quieter, and I am getting used to the difference also.
