Quote for getting windows tinted...opinions?

best advice i can give you is to go one shade darker then you think. also note tint on lighter color cars is morr noticable and if you have black or tan interior. darker interior makes the tint look darker. also actual black tint is darker then charcoal. i prefer charcoal becuase it looks more like glass then 1980s limo look. so 15% charcoal is more like 20% black.

 

i got 15% charcoal all around. normally i do 5% but on a white car that would be too much.

180-210 seems normal pricing. i paid $200. 4th car they tinted for me. never a problem.

 

its also not really good idea to use pics to figure what you want. angle and lighting make all the difference. i could take pics where you can see through my tint or others where its impossible to see through.

 

what do you want to accomplish with tint? that will determine how dark to go.

Just got pictures uploaded of mine.

 

It's 20% all around. $180, and they used Sun-Gard film.
