Definitely not the most logical visual progression... give it time, im sure subaru will make the legacy just as ugly. I totally agree, the sedan looks pretty decent (rework grill) and if you reread the Edmunds article you will see the flaming is directed at the hatchback which is "butt ugly". There's a big difference to unique and distinctive ugliness, and me too ugliness. The ass end of the hatch says suzuki reno with altezza taillights. The grill is very skoda meets chrysler except squished down to make already boring grills downright ugly. I'm getting sick of signature grills that screw up designs. Screw the signature grill put a grill on the car that goes with the damn car design. That's why you ahve logos. There are parts of the car I don't care for... but overall it's a stylish design. I will be rocking one as soon as they hit dealers. I was hoping the hatch would be better than that...i doubt it'll meet my needs or wants. My dealer really wanted me to wait and not get my wagon last month. NovaWolverine Posted April 13, 2007 Share Posted April 13, 2007 Yeah, I don't know, if they have a grille mod that makes the car look better, I'd be happy with getting that, springs, wheels, tint, maybe a front lip and that's it, I'm done with the exterior, which is what I'd do w/ just about any of the cars I'm looking at that I'd mod, MS3 and LGT included. I wouldn't need the body kit. I heard this car drives well, one of the things they supposedly did improve at the requests of WRX owners is that the car not continue to get any bigger and for it to have better steering and not feel as floaty. One of the NASIOC ppl said it drives like a lighter Spec. B. The main thing is that front needs to change! No Dominick the reaction has been negative because the design is of such poor quality not the pics. Does this mean that since they are killing the impreza STi sedan that they will replace it w/the Legacy STi?....hmmmm. You can't tell me that the impreza STi didn't sell well.
