I guess the one main difference is that that K20 would have coil packs vs. what I'm guessing is a distributor on the d16 in the Civic. Already have a source for the K? NutBucket Posted March 16, 2007 Share Posted March 16, 2007 The wiring MIGHT be tricky since the K has coil pack and I'm pretty sure the stock d16/17 has a distributor. One thing to consider is that a k20 will run about 4-5k with trans/ecu and the motor mounts/axles you'll need will run $700 to $1000 alone. It would be much cheaper to do a B18C swap.
