Yebbey
Why are there no rims out there that are a replica of the Spec B rims? I love the way they look. I know all the ones that everyone will say that look "similar". But none of them are really the same. I've passed on some that were for sale here. now I'm just wondering why there aren't any that look like them. *I know this is a stupid question, but I think I've finally decided that I like those rims the best....frustrated with no lighter or cheaper option. LowFast
+1 I have a spec-b. like the way the rims look but not that they are only 7" wide. I will sell my spec-b rims as soon as I find a replacement that I like as much or more in either 8" or 8.5" width. The Rota tarmac III's are ok, but nothing spectacular (they look less refined than the spec-b stockers).
Yebbey
I am probably going to settle with the rota Tarmac II's also. Unless I find anotehr good deal on the spec B's...I dont know....I'm still not totally decided which one I'd rather go with.
LowFast
I did find that Boze would make some sweet custom rims, 3 piece forged, to fit the needed offset and width, even custom powdercoated, but at $600 each.
GraysonSubaru
Prodrive makes a very similar wheel to the spec b wheel that i believe is an 8in...

Waxiboy
These are what I really wanted for my wagon...Advan RS or Prodrive GC10. They are just too expensive so I am now on Spec B wheels which are just as nice (though heavy and only 7").

Yebbey
yeah, I looked at all the rims... I like em all , but I think the Spec B rims just look nicer.
Scooter
Yeah, they do look good; I think the finish on them is especially nice looking - it's not just your average silver paint. LowFast
P1's are not very wide and weigh a ton. But they are a nice looking wheel.
hal9e3
You didn't mention a price ceiling - how about Volk CE/LE-28Ns? http://www.mackinindustries.com/md/rays/ce28n.html

Yebbey
I don't really like those volks, and there is definitely a price ceiling....I think used or new Rota's are my only option as far as money. There are some Spec B rims for sale now, I'm sure when I decide whehter I want them or not, they'll be gone.
VXCL
i want oz superturismos, but they dont make 18s for our application. would have to go custom and thats $$$$$ on top of the fact that the ozs arent cheap to begin with. if only...
