ups redeemed themselves and delivered the knob today. satin finish is an almost perfect match for the interior and i love the shape of the knob. boot follows the knob perfectly without the collar. shifts are ridiculously short now but much smoother. definitely a good purchase. ill take pics tomorrow

After driving a bit today I have to say this knob is incredible. Its amazingly comfortable and matches the car well. Shifts feel much smoother. TWM FTW.

Crazy bump.

Good searching new guy!

I can't believe I missed this thread the first time around in 06.

As a certified shift knob collector whore, this thread is immediately relative to my interests.

i guess i have a collectors edition now :O) crazy its been 4 years since i installed that knobby knob and i love it just as much every day. only gripe is i would have preferred no logo up top but not a big deal.

So is there still no weighted, Delrin or leather-wrapped knob out there? I like some of the TWM knobs but would prefer something that's not going to be freezing cold or blistering hot depending on the weather. Definitely don't want to drop $125 on one either, but whatev.
