TravisS
there must be a difference in MTs. Of course. Figure upwards of a full second at stock, reducing the time difference as more power is added.

sexylegacy
From stock to PDX I am up 50WHP and 50 ft-lbs, just enough to run with an STi, although my suspension is not quite up to par, so around the track I would have my hiney handed to me, but I do have the IPD rear sway bar, so that's a start... moviemadness
50/50 all gained at the wheels?? I am somewhat skeptical. do you have dyno results? what about at the crank? did you race against an STi?

I want numbers with each mod step by step, not a whole combo. ie: stock xx.xx AP: xx.xx AP + STS: xx.xx stg. 2 w/ dp : xx.xx

These are very typical gains with a Stg1 tune. Even Cobb OTS maps produce 28/29, running pig rich for safety, and to prevent the cat from disintegrating. With a Protune they usually can extract another 15-20whp. Crank #'s are irrelevant, the most important #'s are the difference between what the car ran stock on that dyno, or at least what another car did.
