trohler
Most replacement engine's have their own warranty. For example i work at a GM dealer and the replacement engines and trannys are warranty for like 5yrs/100k something like that. TravisS
Powertrain coverage for all models is five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. It covers the major powertrain components listed below:* http://www.subaru.com/owners/warranty/index.jsp?year=2005 You should still be under warranty. The 3 year / 36000 mile is just the basic warranty. There's another warranty for the safety equipment such as the seatbelts and what not (which I don't see listed) which is even longer, maybe even a lifetime warranty.
