wcbjr
Occasionally I start the car with the volume knob at about 20%, but the actual volume playing is jacked all the way 100%. I try to turn the knob, but it takes a little bit to get it working back the way it should. Anyone ever experience this? I forgot what I was supposed to remember. msmith
That's strange... check the contacts on the controller connections and the cables (wiggle the controller cable near its connection points). The CS defaults to full volume if no controller is connected so its possible that a weak connection or a damaged cable could occasionally make it think there is no controller. Hope that helps, Manville Smith JL Audio, Inc.
