2furious Posted June 26, 2006 Share Posted June 26, 2006 Hi Folks... It's first time to write here.. I own 05 Outback and want to buy another Subie. This time for Legacy GT. I dealt with local dealer with 05 Legacy GT Limited AT with Spoiler and it has 15k miles on it. The price is 20000+TTL and I want to get this puppy in my garage. The only problem is a sort of rattling noise when hit the gas. The engine cover wasn't tight and they said it might be but I'm not sure. I'm kind of very sensitive to that kind of rattling noise inside the car... How do you guys think? Many Thanks. Jay. From Desert to Rocky to SLC !!! Underdog Posted June 26, 2006 Share Posted June 26, 2006 Jay, I doubt the engine cover would make a noticable noise... more likely a heat shield for the catalytic converter.
