I'm not much about whining on the internets so I never told you guys that I

scratched one of my "bright flitter" ( http://www.acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/gheylaugh.gif ) pff7's only after having them for a couple months. There was a shop in Portland that could fix the wheel for $200, or I could get a new replacement for $300.

I decided to fix it myself with a couple of files and some sand paper and powdercoat the whole set. I paid $180 to PC these wheels, the same price I paid to coat the stock 17's. total price with dismounting, mounting/balancing the tires was $246 :dm: . I've looked over all 4 wheels and can't determined which is the one I repaired. :)

they look darker in the wide angle shots, the true color shows through in the closeups.

thanks guys!

they don't look blue in person, although there probably is some blue flake in the metalic of the coating. just like there's a blue pearl in the SWP paint.

thanks guys.

I'm running the factor splash guards. If I would have known the leading edge of the plastic panel in front of the the rear wheel opening would still take a beating with these, I would have gone rally armor for the winters. oh well...
