DAVES XTOUTBK
Kumho ECSTA ASX, the OEM Bridgestone Potenza RE92A, Bridgestone Turanza LS-V. I'm looking for good all-season performance and cornering and some useful snow performance. I will not be looking for dedicated snow tires. I'd like a step up from the RE92As. It seems like most of the choices on Tirerack are better in the snow than the RE92A. dave
RobE
When it comes time for me to replace my RE92s, I will be going with the Pirelli PZero Nero M+S. They have really good write ups and they are relatively priced. I think they are $136 a piece, compared to $165 for the RE92s. I also heard the Kumho's are good for the price. http://newenglandsubarus.com/

The Pirelli PZero Nero M+S are incredible tires, however in snow/ice their traction is the same if not worse than the RE92a.
mwiener2
RE92's Kill Bunnies just about anything is better than the RE92's My Mods List (Updated 8/22/17) 2005 Outback FMT Running on Electrons
Zsbaug24
You might also consider the Continental ContiExtremeContact I'd avoid the RE92s as they suck, and I've only heard marginal things about the Turanza line. The Pzero Neros are awesome, but only okay in the snow, better than the RE92s, but not great.
Shea
Another acceptional tire is the BFGoodrich Traction T/A H tire. I have read many reviews of this tire over the years and never saw one complaint about them and they are one of the best all season tires on the market. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=BFGoodrich&tireModel=Traction+T%2FA+H
Ken S
The new Bridgestone RE960 AS Pole Positions seem promising too. Ken
subatwo
+1 on Traction T/A. Running on them right now and they are very good on wet/dry. They also have a good treadwear rating.

Shea
none, Michelin Exaltos ftw! They only make a 225/45-17, will that fit on the factory rim and handle well? (stock 215/45-17)
