5.84/14.44 GT sedan

Recommended Posts

Sure some have found this, but I did a little digging to see the numbers that Subaru is using in their ads when it comes to acceleration: The 2005 Legacy GT Sedan is faster from 0-60 (5.84 sec) than the Porsche Boxster (6.36 sec). The 2005 Legacy GT Sedan is faster in 1/4 mile acceleration (14.44 sec) than the Porsche Boxster (14.8 sec). The 2005 Outback XT is faster from 0-60(5.92 sec) than the BMW 330 Xi (6.59 sec). -B

What did the XT do in the 1/4 mile? Also, Subaru's "watch the competition in your rear view mirror" campaign seems to be getting through. Over the past few weeks I've had a few people ask me about it.
